14th Annual CCHAT Uncorked 2026

Charting a Course to Success—Unlocking a sea of possibilities for children who are deaf and hard of hearing

Our CCHAT community is truly a treasure. It is rooted in connection, trust, and a shared commitment to empowering children who are deaf and hard of hearing and supporting families every step of the way. That sense of purpose was on full display at CCHAT Uncorked – Fill the Silence.

While we are incredibly grateful to have raised $110,500 to support our specialized listening, spoken language, and literacy services, the true success of the evening was found in the way our community came together. Your presence and generosity strengthen a network where children and families feel seen, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Events like Uncorked remind us that when we gather around our mission, we create an impact that goes far beyond a single evening or a dollar amount. It is about the collective recognition of our children’s achievements and a shared investment in their futures.

Thank you for being such an important part of CCHAT and for helping our mission come to life in such a meaningful way. Your support ensures that our families are never alone on this journey.

A Community Treasure: Reflecting on CCHAT Uncorked

Ahoy, CCHAT Community!

What a spectacular night at CCHAT Uncorked! Our pirate-themed evening was a resounding success, and we are still sailing on the high of your incredible support.

Thank you to our generous donors and attendees, we raised a "chest" full of gold to support our students' listening and spoked language journeys. It was also an honor to celebrate our CCHAT Champion, Laura Covello, and Volunteers of the Year, Jim and Ruth York - true anchors of our community.

Thank you for donning your pirate best and making a difference for our students!

With gratitude,

Ronda Rufsvold | CCHAT Executive Director

"We have attended CCHAT's Uncorked events for a number of years and are endlessly inspired by the incredibly supportive community that CCHAT has built. Their efforts to create an event that not only highlights the children benefiting from their services but all of the people involved from staff and parents, to volunteers and sponsors, truly shows their impact and dedication for their students. We've never witnessed another event like Uncorked, and can't wait for it each and every year!"
