Ronda Rufsvold

Dr. Ronda Rufsvold is a credentialed teacher of the deaf, published researcher, and seasoned administrator. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Language Pathology from University of the Pacific, and a Master of Education degree in Deaf Education from University of San Diego/John Tracy Center. Lastly, she culminated her education with a Doctorate of Philosophy degree in Physical Disabilities from Columbia University in the city of New York. She has held administrative positions in a variety of public, charter, and nonpublic school settings. Having completed her teaching credential during her initial tenure at CCHAT (2007–2012), then later developed CCHAT's Mainstream Support Program (2016-2020), she is pleased to rejoin the team as the Executive Director.
