Charlotte has been a teacher of the deaf since 2004 and came to CCHAT in 2016. She graduated from Kent State University with a B.S. in Deaf Education. She later went on to pursue her M.Ed with a focus in literacy development. She has experience working in Early Intervention, toddler/infant groups, as well as preschool through second grade classrooms. She spent 2.5 years at Utah State University as a Graduate Student supervisor for students completing their Masters work in Speech-Language Pathology and/or Deaf Education with a focus in Listening & Spoken Language.
